Sorry this is a duplicate, i had sound issues with the original, so i found the source material and uploaded with the sound fixed as best as I could under the circumstance :)
No need for apologies Bill..watching now😁
@@coolkids2064 just figured some saw it when I first put it out.. but i knew the sound file was corrupted after i uploaded it. And i happened to watch it last night and thought.. Its not good enough. So i fixed as best as I could and deleted the old one Figured its a quick simple one with use to a lot of folks getting started :)
@@TheAIRspace great video brother. Thanks 👍
@@coolkids2064 Thank you!
No need to apologize bro. You didn't do anything wrong. Your good.
(Artist who's refreshing my brain on drop shadows, bc it's been a minute since I painted them on anything.) I'm only 2 mins into the video...and SOOOO grateful for, AND impressed by, the fact that you STARTED OFF demonstrating a REAL light/shadow with your Apple pencil. THANK YOU for teaching everyone the "whys" before delving into the "how-tos". 💯❤
Thank you Mr. Kennedy! Another great video!
Thanks Karl!
Great stuff, well explained 👏
Thanks buddy
Helpful as always good sir
Happy to help
Nice one Bill 👍
Thanks.. it will not be one of my popular videos. But i make videos that i think will help folks. If that means 10 people get something out of it I consider it a win!
I'm liking it. I wish I could show ya the spider I painted. My shadows are quite sharp but works. Thanks for another great video.
again dependant on light they may be very sharp.. On printer paper as a demo i wasn't gonna be too fussed over them. I used the spider simply because you have to really think about how the shadow will move away and back into the legs based on curvature! Thats the goal to get people to think about how the shadows form.
Often people are looking for a "how do I" answer when the real answer is a bit too much to boil down into you just do this. For instance people ask a LOT how do I paint a skin tone... there is no answer to that. There is no generic skin tone unless you plan on painting a cartoon.
Thanks for your feedback, you could always send me stuff on messenger in facebook.. although IM a bit overwhelmed with stuff at the moment so I may be a couple days responding at times.
I hear ya on being overwhelm. My email is out of control. I don't do the Facebook thing, to much for me to digest lol.
Thanks again, I keep learning from ya.
@@jerrymeeuwse859 i have a love hate relationship with facebook.. on one hand its annoying and takes up a ton of time. On the other hand I was able to start from nothing and build a small budding business with it ;)
Nice tutorial 👍
"Mind your gap"😂
almost as if I have seen this before, maybe officially the worst drop shadow? Im sorry if that is your jam........
all feedback is good feedback. Maybe tell me what I didn't explain well in this quick video?
@@TheAIRspaceI did not mean your shadow was the worst shadow, I was simply quoting Craig, where I assume you inspiration came from.
@@jasondixon2828 i've seen a portion of Craigs video. I was really trying to explain things in a different way showing with light how shadows are formed. And how things are raised the distance increases. Its definitely not one of my more technical vids. But a drop shadow is pretty basic stuff.
Thanks!
Bill
