I like to imagine what corruptions would be like in Wreck-It Ralph. Like, you're in your video game world just minding your own business, some guy is playing your game, and suddenly chunks of the earth are changing color and floating, people's heads are upside down, and you're moonwalking off-screen without any ability to control yourself.

cartridge tilting is really hard to get any good stuff out of, most of the time it just turns off the game.
Eh, if it's fun to mess around with, there'll be a market for it. I just get the feeling somebody put a lot of work into a console that vinny will use for two, maybe three streams, then never touch again. He seems to try and improve the quality of corruptions every stream, trying to follow the unrealistic expectations of his audience.
But hey, he does a great job. That must be how he has nearly 10,000 viewers in any given stream at 3:00 in the morning. :D

It set the rupees to 255, then proceeded to take away 1 per tick, until the counter reached the appropriate amount. That is some unnaturally ordered behavior to come out of pure randomness. Heck, not even talented programmers can pull that off consistently without external values.

1) attach jumper wires to every contact on every important part
2) get a nice 3-level variable resistor
3) have fun!
personally, i think going into the processors (cpu and ppu) is kind of unneeded, you only really need the ram and vram

What I assume is going on here is variable resistors are adding noise to certain pins on the various chips.
Input knobs, output dreams.
