Mazanec - luxurious Easter pastries

It's almost here again. Easter time. I don't love Easter, but the fact that it's here means it's going to be warm soon. And if there's one thing I really hate, it's the cold.
This spread comes in a luxurious version with whipped butter that works wonders. However, you can see what the dough looks like if you watch this video.
Mazanec is like the first traditional pastry of the year after last year's Christmas. But it doesn't matter, because you'll want to make this spread over and over and over.
It is fluffy, soft, fluffy and as a bonus - it lasts just fine for 4-5 days.
FACT! I did a test for you and I just left a piece of it in a bag in the kitchen. And you know what? fine for another 5 days, and I did the last softness test on day 9, if it was greased and cocoa was boiled with it, it could be eaten without much need. I'm not saying it's great after 9 days, but it would probably be like Friday rolls for breakfast on Sunday :-D
