GOOD LORD!! They went to all the trouble of building these rolls and they are PYRAMIND rolls NOT PINCH rolls?
Having been a brake and roll operator and instructor, the pros know that Pinch rolls only leave a flat spot on the ends equivalent to one material thickness. Pyramid rolls leave the ends flat equivalent to the distance from the centre of the top roll to the middle of the end roll. MUCH more waste. you can see the centre punch marks for the waste that must be removed before finishing the roll. With Pinch rolls the ends are preformed in the machine and there is no need to remove, cut the waste off and re-roll
