Not coming to her defense or anything, but i noticed that car was going significantly faster than her on the road as well. Not checking her blind spots made her look irresponsible.
It's all the more imperative to check your blind spots thoroughly and use indicators before switching lanes in situations where the traffic could be going 50-75mph in some areas.

When the biker got to him whod been following him it was clear the guy had 0 clue what was going on or where he was. His skin had a slight yellow color which people pointed out meant he was in diabetic shock
