My mom had a breast reduction last year at 57 and has no regrets. She is the happiest she's been and living her best life. CHHHIIILLLLEEE! You answered that vanity question PERFECTLY!!! I was yelling at my phone when I heard you read the question. People don’t realize, or maybe they do, the undertone of judgement, hate, ignorance or “inappropriateness” of their questions. Everyone don’t think the same! There isn’t a workout or diet that will get rid of loose skin or the separation of your abdominal muscles! Gabe, I pray that your surgery and recovery is successful. I also pray that God uses everyone involved in your surgery and recovery with healing hands.🙏🏾

I have closed the muscle gap from 4 inches to 1 with just exercise! Which I'm so proud of and gained 75% of my abdominal mobility back. However that one inch will not close without surgery nor will the indented csection scar or loose skin go away without it.

If I wasn’t old with pancreatic and colon problems I’d have one too. I just had another surgery yesterday so I have chronic illnesses but that’s me. You do you. You’ve done the research and you workout and eat a healthy diet. Plus you have a very supportive family that will be there for you. I will keep you all in my prayers 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! You will love your results. I am in my 50's and had a tummy tuck a year ago, then went back and had my boobs done 6 months later. I didn't think I cared about my deflated saggy boobs until my tummy looked so good! And you are absolutely correct. This is not a weight loss surgery. I was only 110 pounds when I had mine done and I have been into fitness my whole life, and I used to say that I would NEVER have any type of plastic surgery because I knew how to take care of my body. I was naive because I didn't realize that no exercise would correct my muscle separation and deflated boobs. Now I wear bikinis and crop tops on a regular and I feel very confident. People have always thought I was my two grown sons sister, now they think I am their wives! 🤣The first few weeks will be tough, but you will love how you look in 6 months. 👍🏽

Hey got my mommy plastic surgery in 2019. Please be patient with yourself, don’t be cheap when you pick a surgery, and just read read read about ways to make things easier after surgery. I drive a mom truck full sized SUV 😂 it took a few extra days to drive. Things like that. You need your partner to be 100% of you and him/herself for 4+ days. I didn’t see my son for days. He was there but I was high af. I’m pleased with my results but please be realistic with yourself these are serious surgeries.

I appreciate the way you explained your reason for deciding on surgery including answering the more difficult (even uncomfortable) questions that followers asked you. As a mother of two (both delivered via C-section), I know the bodily struggles all too well. I nursed my daughter for a year and I’m still nursing my two year old son! Mothers are so self-sacrificing and it’s ‘ok’ to do something for yourself. So, safe travels to all of you. We know Chad will take very good care of you!!❤️🥰❤️

Gab sending you blessings, safety and healing. I recently got a lipo of upper and lower abs and mini tummy tuck 10 days ago. We as women have to be pleased with our decision. You don't owe anyone an explanation. No surgery is perfect and results vary be open to the journey of healing.
I had lipo back in 2017 and I do not regret it ❤❤ Recovery time was about a week! I say go for it 🤗 Prayers for a great and speedy recovery 🙏🏾 ❤

Congrats Gabe with your decision for the makeover. I pray all goes well and recovery is without any complications. I'm quite surprised at some of the questions or comments people make on social media regarding other people's lives. You will be just fine. Girl I'm trying to lose this stomach of mine but I'm a breast cancer survivor that had a mastectomy and I opted to have the surgery that took fat from my stomach to form a new breast. However the fat came back and I can't lose it no matter what I do.
