Had a really awful family situation and needed to meditate. So I went outside and listened to the audio of this. Hearing them rant about TNA always makes me happy
Isn't it kind of funny that you are heading an awful family situation and then the clip you get to hear them go off about is people screaming and waving a gun and ducking for cover and yelling

The problem about pulling a gun in a wrestling segment is that it's very hard to one up that
Wrestling match
Rematch with stipulation
Shooting and killing your opponent
Hard to move the story along after that
I don't know why these guys do this to themselves, but I am happy they are doing it

I watched most weeks, though we weren't paying for them, and I'm thankful for that.
I don't know about others, but I remember the trash can more than the gun because of Dusty Rhodes saying, "The marquee says WRESTLING, not a midget... Beating off... In a trash can!!" Which became a running joke with my friends. If not for that, I don't know if I would have remembered that dude for anything.

I watched this for free too. And I agree, I'm thankful it was free. If it wasn't, I'm not watching any of TNA back then.

There should be more guns in wrestling, it's unbelievable that these men are so mad at each other, trying to kill each other in various ways but nobody ever pulls out a gun.
It's bc it doesn't make sense. If you pull a gun, you gotta use it like Pillman RIP with Austin. Or make it look like someone will get shot.
If guys are uppin Guns, someone has to get shot eventually. Then what? You got guys dying... How are they coming back?

AEW is far far worse than early TNA. At least TNA was able to make some stars (AJ Styles, Ron Killings, AMW) and had some good matches and entertaining segments. AEW is just insufferable.
