  • In this lesson we will do in full body warm up for Smooth and Standard. We will do exercises from your feet to the head to warm up and stretch correct muscles for Ballroom dancing. All of these exercises can be done at home. This Warm Up routine will help you to develop right muscle memory and good body movement.
