Today we will cover how to execute a heel turn for International ballroom style. It's a very important step for followers in Standard. In this video, I discuss how ladies can properly close their feet together and create a smooth turn on the heel. Heel turns are done in dances including waltz, tango, foxtrot, and quickstep.
