Hey Chipensaw, I picked up a trailer load of electronics and this Heathkit LG-1 unit was in it. I am a guitar player and have been wanting to be able to tech my own old tube amps for a long time and learn to trouble shoot other types of electronics. Is this unit useful to me or not? Here is some of the stuff I have.
good afternoon my friend, congratulations on the video I also have a Heathkit LG-1 RF Signal Generator more I know how to make it generate the exemplary signal in 600khz, but I do not know how to calibar coils of old radios, I put a capacitor of 47-100 pf, on the f.i of the radio, and a multimeter ac on the loudspeaker. my generator did not come with pluge cable, soldered a wire on the + connector If you can help me, I'd appreciate it.
