I have found that creativity likes motion/activity. like the cars of old that need a crank to start. I suggest exercise, go for a walk, weed the flower bed, clean your dwelling.

Thank you Danny for talking such common sense to us , I’ve already sent an email to you but, I hadn’t quite finished it sent too soon by pressing wrong key!!However I must tell you I’m a I silly when I think I can go over the painting or drawing, simply because I don’t think it’s good enough! Now what you have told us is , it doesn’t matter what mistakes you’ve made ,just carry on & do another, don’t get upset because you think you can’t do it right first time ! Thank you Danny for your help in making me realise that I can draw , but ,the only problem I have is I over paint my drawings , because I think I can make it look better! That is not the right thing to do , my artist friend ,who has retired & moved away , he told me Never go over a painting once you ve finished it , you will eventually spoil what was much better the first time you painted it! So please tach us more about rusting ourselves & having mor onfidence in ourselves too!!!

Now that's funny... coincidences don't exist perhaps.. although I'm not in a creative slump, I listened, then went with one of the ideas: open a dictionary and my eye fell immediately on the word douche ( shower ) and my bathroom is right now undergoing renovation: out with the tub and in with a 'douche italienne' which is a bathroom with no doorsills
