I'm a full blooded Mexican that was born really white. I'm also pretty tall, so I never felt like I fit in with white people or Mexican people. The reason why they throw the toilet paper in the trash is because in a lot of poor neighborhoods/towns in Mexico the plumbing is really bad and they don’t want to clog the plumbing. Sometimes it was taught to someone as a child and they just continue to teach it to their kids even though the plumbing has been modernized. In border cities in the U.S. they even have signs in the bathrooms telling people not to throw used toilet paper in the trash.
Bolo Hadit it’s due to the lack of proper drainage system. Sometimes Even in upscale houses you have to do that because it’s the drainage system of the city or town and not the house itself.

Cui Bono I try not to be and it’s really easy to do that, I’m a military brat and was raised in a very mixed area on base as a child, white, black, hispanic, Asian etc. I’m not saying people don’t tend to make racist remarks but, some people mean it from the bottom of their hearts. And my family’s Latino, my moms brown Puerto Rican my dad’s a white domican it’s pretty mixed but my family in its entirety does not tolerate blatant racism, maybe it’s just my family I don’t know.
