hello & welcome to my channel. i am so glad you are here! i am a 26 year old fitness enthusiast, wife and dog mom living in Dallas, TX. my channel is all about living a healthy, but balanced lifestyle, while working an 8-5 corporate hybrid/wfh job. i love eating tasty healthy food, working out, and being the best and happiest version of myself. this channel is to show the real/raw me and get to know me better!

Loved this! Today is my first work from home day EVER so i’m learning to make it productive! Dang girl you drink a ton of water- I finish my 36 oz Hydroflask by 12 then start on my second one by 1pm and 3rd one finished by 8

Thanks for sharing a portion of your life. I work from home 4 days out of the week with only one day in the office. It is over an hour commute to the office. I am currently a human resources assistant and will be graduating with a Bachelor's in HR managment. Based on my work experience and education, I am sure that I will find my niche in the field. You are correct: IT is huge. Due to my passion in HR, I make sure that I am up to date in the world of work. I want to be motivated daily at work and thanks for showing me that I can have that spark at work. I am sure that opportunities will be available to me.

It definitely is time consuming, but editing and being creative is so fun!!
currently trying to find a programming job myself - java is very popular, as you've said! i'm currently working with 2 recruiters from different companies for 2 different jobs. hoping at least something works out soon, as finding a job in this current economic time is hard! thanks for all the help you provide candidates!

I WFH 3 days/week (engineer girl). I absolutely loved the description of the video, subscribed just for that, lol. Would love to know how you have a work life balance, do you do quick meals? What excersise you're into?
I appreciate it, that means a lot!! I try to maintain a work life balance, as much as I can, but some weeks are crazier than others, so it can be super hard. I try to do quick meals, but I also love cooking and being creative! I have been doing HotWorx recently, but I am also very big into lifting! I have a TikTok account where I post my workouts too - SalinnaBuyers :)

I placed a reminder for making ice coffee at 10am (I often forget to eat because my schedule is swamped) because I watched you enjoy your s 😊 thanks about that, I prefer vanilla almond milk.
Walk my shitzu at 6am for only 1km. And I'm doing Chloe ting around 6:40am. Plus walking 5k to 7k steps/day. Sigh. And often order fast food because of time (rotisserie chicken is my friend, and low carb sauces to drench it with).
When I had a better grasp of my work/life balance, I meàl prep Saturday morning (cook and clean from 6am til 10am) and Wednesday nights (7pm til 10pm)) only cooking.
But after Covid, I'm just tired. 😔

it is an adjustment for sure, especially if you are used to working onsite but i truly would not change it for anything!
I want to find a job a s a junior UX & UI designer, and it's sooooo hard, I'm thinking about startig in a call centre , because I want to learn more, to be Mid lever UX & UI , but I'm super tired of rejection letters :(
