Mercedes factory trained tech here, these things are actually quite reliable. No real common faults on these so when they do have an issue it’s usually a one off thing. I bought a used one recently with almost 50k miles and it feels just as nice as the brand new ones

I would get a BMW X5 tbh, I think it’s a superior product, more reliable too with far better build quality
