When i passed by one of the very few houses, their old orange streetlight shortly lit up the inside of my car and I caught it through my rear view, sitting in the middle of the damn backseat, staring at me. It was a solid black figure with a silhouette of a an old 1900s style top hat. Square boxy shoulders as if it was wearing a suit of some kind. But it had no feature whatsoever, just blackness. I slammed on my breaks and turned around to face it, by this time though I had already passed the streetlight illumination and it wasn't there. I sped the rest of the way home, mostly in darkness. My inside light didn't work in that Oldsmobile Alero so I couldn't turn it on. I spent the next 15 minutes violently sick to my stomach, like I was going to throw up any second. With the hair permanently sticking up on the back of my neck. Never went through there at night again. That was almost 9 years ago and to this day im still super on edge and hyper Vigilant when driving at night or starting my car up very early in the morning for work. It really had a lasting effect on me. Still get goosebumps at times when out at night at age 26
The trap door is above our washing machine. One night I swore I heard heavy breathing coming from my closet. But ignored as I was being paranoid. Next morning I started a load of laundry and noticed dry mud/dirt boot prints on top (top loader). These were from construction boots. No one in our house wore boots like that. Plus all footwear was left outside. We'd also noticed food going missing and one morning lounge room t.v was on with volume low. I put a padlock on that trapdoor. We never had food go missing or t.v left on.
