RECIPE 1
Pork fillet 700-800 gr.
Salt 2 tsp, ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Bacon 250 gr.
Thyme to taste.
Capers 2 tbsp. l.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes.
Cauliflower 0.5kg.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 30 g
Salt to taste.
Ground black pepper to taste.
Paprika 0.5 tsp.
Curry 0.5 tsp.
Stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.
parsley to taste.
RECIPE 2
Pork 1kg. .
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp. .
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 0.5 tsp.
Pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.
Parsley 1 bunch.
Processed cheese 250 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Breadcrumbs 1 cup.
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Ketchup 0.5 cups.
Dill 1 bunch.
Coriander to taste.
Balsamic sauce 2 tsp.
French mustard 1 tsp.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
RECIPE 3
Pork ribs 1.5 kg.
Mineral water 1 l.
Soy sauce 100 ml.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Basil 0.5 tsp.
Coriander 0.5 tsp.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 1 hour.
Garlic 3-4 cloves.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 2 tsp.
Ketchup 2 tbsp. l.
French mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Pomegranate sauce 2 tbsp. l.
You can substitute 1 tbsp. honey l.
Mix well.
I take the meat out of the oven.
I transfer the meat to foil. (2 sheets).
I brush the ribs on all sides with marinade.
I wrap the ribs tightly in foil.
I put it in the oven for another 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Zucchini 2 pcs.
A pinch of salt.
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Flour 0.5 cups.
A pinch of salt.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.
dill 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 cloves.
A pinch of salt.
Tomatoes 3 pcs.

Here in South Africa ALL our veggies has different names then all other countries except here and there is called the same.
