- 5-time Malaysian Rally Champion, YS Khong (@YSKhongDriving) personal ride is a Lapiz Blue 2014 Volkswagen Golf R. We ride shotgun with the legend himself to see what is it about this unassuming hatchback appeals to him.
YS did not do much to the Golf R, only packing a Stage 1 tune (power up to 320 PS), 6-pot Brembo brakes (front), and 19-inch BBS wheels. But all that is enough for him to have a great time behind the wheel and leave Jason speechless in the passenger seat!

OMG ive never seen uncle is going tht fast at that course. uncle YS is fast when reviewing cars at that hill because he always push the car he review to the limit but not this fast 😅 now i know how fast can uncle YS go when he is in his own car and knowing the car limits

It isn't until you have a passenger in the car with him that you understand the speed he is carrying. He's so calm and the vid comes across so uneventful that it's hard to gauge the speed. Jason's babbling is evidence that he pooped his pants a few times.

Yeap, repainting is the only solution. A way to prevent stone chips is to install paint protection film 😃
WapCar or leave it if it is a rather old car that is generally well taken care of. "Battle scars" make it feel more personal and give it some personality 😂😶
But we like our cars clean and shiny 😂
I agree with Paul. In the beginning, I always wanted to touch up stonechips. But being a heavy footer, you just keep getting newer ones all the time. Best to just leave it and maybe do a touch up once every 2 or 3 years.

MK7 came with sunroof, the 3 door and mk7.5 doesn't come with sunroof

Because DSG gear shifts just like a manual. Without a doubt the best in class, in my opinion. In fact, it's even better if you switch to sports/race mode.

Perhaps the driver turns the steering too much..uncle ys was a rally champion and he makes it look easy to control..
