It is hilarious how fast Dark is. I've never seen someone supersonic so much with no boost. He is gaming every mechanic out there that gives him acceleration and his movement is utterly bonkers.
Unexpectedly, Dark looks better in 3s than 1s and 2s. His fast playstyle fits better with 3s. However, he really needs good teammates who can cover him while him being supersonic most of the time. I like what I saw from him in rlcs and I think he'll get better
There's a reason the best players don't go supersonic everywhere. All he did this game was boom the ball away from himself. Zero aerial play attempts because he never had control. Zen does a lot more driving around slowly and waiting than you might expect

@@DeluxeRyanFanboys will always be fanboys. How did Zen enter the convo... If the playstyle sucked, they wouldnt held out 11 minutes against Rule 1, which is probably top 8 in the world. Dark is amazing in his own playstyle, which is truly more fun then anyone elses, for him probably and for us. Now, IF this playstyle can be made potent with synergy and good consistent m8s, like the comments already are suggesting, itll be 10x better then zens. Without a doubt.

Dark won't get anywhere playing like this. Only reason he got 11 saves is because he gave the ball away an insane amount. Maybe if he actually tried keeping it and using his dashes to actually preserve boost instead of being on 20 everytime he got the ball he might actually threaten an attempt on goal. I’d love to see Dark on a team like Rule 1 or Falcons, or even teamed with trk, Ahmad, Nwpo, Okhalid or either of the twins. Just imagine what he could do
its cool to see dark in 3s, i do love how he plays 3s, he is pretty goated when it comes to cutting rotation, the way he does it, its skillful, sometimes he might cut wrong, but who doesn't. i reccon dark will reach far with the right teammates, he has incredible speed, rotates around in a smart way and while having comms with his team, i think he not only can, but will revolutionize how 3s is played. truly a pioneer. maybe not a pioneer for the old pros, but those who come after will take great inspiration from his skillset.

Nwpo 2 years ago in his debut was carrying his team to grand finals in RLCS and in a Saudi tournament he subbed in for 01 esports and beat falcons once and the twins twice to win the whole tournament (top 2 teams in the region) while dark gets top 16 and is struggling against mid tier MENA teams I like dark and I think he has potential but you literally cannot compare him to nwpo, nwpo is on a whole different level

Cutting rotations, ball chasing, stealing possession from teammates and basically hanging on for dear life throughout. Also his team came dead last in Swiss after losing to R1, No Name & In The House, the latter two being low tier MENA teams that finished 14th and 9th respectively. Yeah, Dark is clearly great at 3s based on this one match against a top team that he had a high defensive score in.

even tho those things are true, its cool to see someone push the limits of speed to the RL i think he can def be one of the best players in RL if he actually manages to be consistent and fast. Now im aspects of cutting ur tm8, u see alot of pros cutting of their tm8s and still scoring for an example, noone needs to not cut his tm8, its literally just about strategy and a good decision making.

What Are u even talking about dark Showed here that he in fact can play fast and very patiently in the right Situation. If he had Team m8s that knew where to be to score the fkn goal then dark would be at the very top
There's multiples touch he did that outplayed his teammate, like he just wanted to touch the ball without thinking of the next play, even cutted them and took the boost in front of them while they obviously needed some (That moment when one of them setting up a play in the corner, yoink boost and ball, cool to leave your mate boostless in the opponent corner to try a fancy play and ending up giving up the ball xD). Why didn't he waited instead of leaving his mate boostless in the opponent corner ? R1 was giving space at the moment, no need to rush. There's time where he jump when one of his mate already commited, double commit is really bad to do. He also over use the zapdash while already supersonic, wich prevent him from reaction to the play (can't turn properly while doing it) He sure got a fancy playstyle but this is far from what's required to play as a team, and if he can't switch the pace and feel like he always need to rush, he'll be readable and not a real threat the live in the opponent mind So yeah, he need to work on a lot of detail to be a good 3s player
