You can look at the county tax assessor office & get the address & sometimes the phone number to contact the owner. I am even thinking of making a notation on my property paper tell the tax lady don’t give phone number out only in case or emergency. Because I get texts about people wanting to buy my property.
I will probably do that from now on. Like I’ve mentioned, I just want to document awesome places that people don’t see or care to look at. Someday they will be gone 🤷♂️

@@NerdEpix damn, I had typed you a lengthy reply about paranormal. Let me cliffnote it this time. I've had paranormal experiences since I was very little until today. My experience as a child I think whole it scared the hell out of me I believe it also woke up something in me because since that night I'm able to hear them and at times see. I've seen some dark things that I don't believe anyone was supposed to ever see, I also see orbs with my naked eyes i don't need to have a camera, but I keep one to get evidence of things going on and boy do I have pictures, video, audio. In my home where I have lived since 2016 is absolutely haunted. In fact I have caught the formation and opening of a portal and the dark things that come out. Whether it's day or not I cannot sit or lay on my bed like a normal person would. If I do I'm immediately pulled off the bed. Now it's not some fast movement it's very slow like it would be annoying because you sit and comfortable and all of a sudden you're moving and have to readjust or fall off. It doesn't feel like anything is pulling me but I definitely feel myself moving and you can see it watching me. Every night I woke up several times to hitting the ground and my head . Things have progressively gotten more extreme. I'm happy to help or answer questions, or show you evidence of what I have been well only world fitting is battling feel free to message me.
I've noticed that many abandoned houses , both grand and modest, are located on or near a major road. Could the unrelenting noise make these buildings unsellable?

That is true. I only go to places that people aren’t living in, have been abandoned for quite a long time, uninhabitable, ruins, etc. doors open, and or unlocked/barely closed over. I really think that law needs to be changed, especially if it’s a property that is in complete disrepair. Every place ive gone in, the ceiling is falling down, black mold, floor caving in, etc. most places aren’t even owned by anyone, most likely the state. I’m only trying to document things left behind and that no one wants basically. Dang, I mean, my videos could quite possibly help get some of these properties sold IMO! 🤷♂️

That house is not that bad looking like he says it is I know if someone really wanted that house they would take the time to rebuild the house and redesign and decorate that house would be perfect to live in.
Sometimes squatters use those glasses in window to see( glasses have moved) Then they would know, if someone had been there. Cops can use them to check fingerprints.
That's the old crackhouse. The church used to leave signs with messages for them in the yard 😅😂. We passed it all the time going to Leslie's. Im sure it was nasstttyyyy in there!

Cool video I did hear that you said that you stepped on a nail or something while you were in a factory make sure you have a tetanus shot and if you haven’t had one in the past 10 years, make sure you go get one as soon as possible. It could save your life. ❤
If you're going to squat in a house, at least clean up the room you are squatting in! Edit: Haters gonna hate. Pay them no mind. I would love to Urbex, but my age and physical condition make that not realistic. Do wear good leather boots, gloves, and have a KN 95 mask handy. Lots of lead paint and asbestos in those old places. And in NC, you can carry a firearm. Your life is irreplaceable.
I go in 98% of places I go to. However, If I see a no trespassing sign and or private property sign, I’m not going to go. Especially ones that say “This place is being watched by the sheriffs dept”. You’re free to go do that and film if you’d like. 👍
If I was a squatter not squad and one of them houses you can bet your ass I at least make sure it's cleaned up I couldn't live like that I live on the sidewalk before I leave the house like that that is very disgusting that's what you call drug abuse
You don't have the people skills it takes to run in to a stranger. You need good shoes, gloves an too be aware. We herd you your not going inside we got it.

That would go for any urban explorer then. All of the properties I have been to have been abandoned for quite a long time. No one has lived/currently living at. No signs of someone being there for many years. Doors are either open or closed over with doors unlocked.

In North Carolina, absent being told by the owner or representative that you are not allowed entry, a property or building must be clearly posted for you to commit 2nd degree trespass. Since neither condition applied here, you can't be charged with it. In some other states, however, just you being on the property or in the building of another without permission is probable cause for a charge. There are also differences between what constitutes breaking and/or entering. While you are unlikely to be charged without a complaint from the owner or their representative, being seen by law enforcement committing the offense, live or on video, can be sufficient depending on where you are at.

If I remember correctly, the church used to maintain the house as a short-term rental for families in need to get on their feet.
