I think my favorite part of this is when Link is saying "no" and imitating a bunch of different characters such as Michael Rosen and Patrick. I'm not entirely sure what to say with how amazingly edited, entertaining and clever this is (other than the fact a friend of mine would really love this since she loves Rhythm Heaven and YTP).
Looks like the King's been keeping in shape. He must've cut down on his portion sizes for DINNER.

I love how not only is this a well-executed meme, and remarkably well animated and mixed... you managed to cram an entire story arc of Links rise from nervous normie to proud celebrity, and his fall to entitled prick, only to be burger-cancelled and replaced by the next big thing/king. All in like... a 2 minute scene.

Michael Rosen is quite grotesque in 8bit but very accurate
This started off great and got more and more perfect. Loved Link's facial expressions all throughout, and the triumphant return of the Dinner Blaster!
The fact that Link gradually gets more comfortable throughout the interview makes this perfect.
A CD-I YTP/MV with custom sprites is like frosting on the inside of a cake. The craftmanship is brilliant, and you enjoy every minute of it. Beyond amazing, as always!

I think what's most impressive is the fact you redrew most of Link's scenes to better match up with the shots where his legs are in view so it's overall more consistent. Any plans to release the sprites to the community?
I'd love if he released every single custom sprite he's ever made to the community, it would be a lot to work with and there would be tons of potential, maybe Jimmy could even do some kind of challenge collab thing where you have to mainly utilize his custom sprites for a YTP.
I literally just did over on my Twitter page.
I think I might someday post a huge green/blue screen compilation to CZcams with every custom CD-i frame/animation that I've made.
This single stream of comments goes to show how much respect jimmy Davis gets for the simplest things.

After 2 dang years, all the little details here are simply brilliant
Like how all the camera people are Morshu, all the different "no's" near the end, all the poses being references to actual CD-I poses (as well as what appears to be I.M. Meen) how Link begins to become more confident specifically after Gwonam first says "woah, you go, my dude," and of course, "squadaladala"
