Well I finally found you .I had been watching you lending a helping hand to Ivan and Carrera on their homesteading .I’m 85 my husbands 87 and we don’t get much done but we try .He had dementia and can’t climb or lift and I take it slow but I love to see you working things out when you have a problem .Back when I was a child we lived in rural Alabama and had very little money for extras .When I see you useing every available thing you have it reminds me of my childhood .Thank you for helping the precious young family and May your efforts be rewarded .

With the amount of exercise you guys do, you don’t need to loose weight Nick it’s what’s inside your veins that counts. You are just fine as you are. You are constantly moving, you’ll definitely be part of the blue zone gang! ❤
Tumeric with ground black pepper and oil is a natural anti inflamatory i used to feed it to my horse everyday but its great for dogs and ❤ humans also

Brilliant video as always. Please take it easy Nick, give your body a chance to heal itself. The worm in your wall looks like a wireworm, in which case you need to keep it away from growing crops 😊
Since you have so many limes, you can make and bottle lime juice, another item that if you have to buy is not a cheap grocery item, and can store for years actually. It can be used for cocktails, dessert recipes, and the list goes on.
Last year the foggies and now you, surgery in the kitchen, knife in hand mr camerman ! Cornwall I remember the wind, the hills, the cows, and the sea (Redruth) 1959, I suppose my birth place is much different these days, take care and thank you ....

Watching you guys always reminds me of my forebears who came to South Africa, were given an oxwagon, some tools, and some seeds and were sent off to some faraway foreign and strange place to start a life. Very different, I know, but they would have had to be as innovative, as hardworking as you two are while learning skills and slowly building and perfecting a home farm. You and Angie should be justifiably proud of all you have achieved❤❤❤

Happy New Year.. Lemons go Yellow when Ripe and Limes are smooth skin and stay green when Ripe and Full. And if they go yellow they are going to rot.. Yes, we’ve recently made 2 different lime pickles, a 4 day version which was delicious and I’ve still to finish the 4 week one, although it’s been fermenting for 5 weeks, as we keep watching you instead of doing jobs 🤦🏻

looking forwards to seeing your fresh turmeric - I keep trying to grow it but South Wales isn't exactly tropical!. I made an amazing honey ferment recently with fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper. It was meant to be for golden milk to help me sleep but I ended up just eating it out the jar. I've added some to ACV too, which is really nice as well. I really enjoy watching your fermentation recipes. Happy new year to you both

In the north of Sweden we now have -30 Celsius so when you talk about ”it is cold” we kind of smile a little. I know that temperature is relative, if you are used to a warmer climate +5 to +10 is considered cold 😂

Hi. If u want pickle ready in 1 h, put some viniger in a pan, add lemon mixture ,cook on low heat until soft. Cool n ready to eat
