    In fact, SILAC, TMT, and other methods use stable (non-radioactive ) isotopes with 13C and 15N en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stable_isotope_labeling_by_amino_acids_in_cell_culture (5:17 min)

    Salam. Is there a certain website for proteomics data analysis? These figures are very nice but seems like they are using Phyton programming to generate them. Thank you

      Yes there are websites, and these figures are generated through python. Their code are available (on Git Hub) and free to use.

      Yes there are but its paid, but differential analysis can be done freely
