Everyone was expecting big things out of Bradshaw in '93, but he was not only burned out, he was demoralized after having come so close to winning the SX the year before, plus having McGrath to contend with was just too much for him. I know because I asked him about the '93 season specifically. Loved Guy Cooper. Definitely one of the most radical and well loved guys to ever race. He was the Ricky Carmichael of his era. Not in wins, but he and RC got used to riding on the ragged edge just about all the time.

Hannah was a pretty good commentator! I wonder why they never kept him. This is all new to me, because I did not have cable until after 9/11.
