I'm using this from around 3 4 months now I can see the difference in my hairs.. I must suggest u guys to have patience,, no my hairs doesn't turn black but both the remedies delay greying my hairs
Also I'm happy with the result bcoz I had to colour my hairs more oftenly in every 12 days but now I'm using henna ➕ indigo in 15 days although I want to do it in every 10 days but due to my busy schedule I couldn't make it... I would like to say you that when I watch your this video actually I didn't believe on this, but I made the oil with this method and started using, and I used it twice a week last 6/7 months and surprisingly now I see the result. The result is like this all grey hair isn't turned black instantly, when I comb my hair some hair fall then I saw my 3/4 grey hairs are turning black from the root. Yes the first time I did this, same thing happened. I dried the ridge gourd pieces for around 3-4 days in shade and then kept it in box in the hopes of making the oil after a week. But then when I opened the box after 3 days the moulding and fungus had appeared. What happens is when u shade dry, the complete moisture within the vegetable is not gone. Hence the fungus. Either u keep it in shade for more days so that it dries completely or else if you dry it only for 2-3 days then use it immediately to make the oil.

Ma'am I love you just for your simplicity. Coconut oil doesn't suits me. It dries my hair very much. So please advise me for any other oil. Almond oil, mustard oil or castor oil suits me. Which one I can use advise me.
Actually the remedy can be done I oils wich are cold in nature as people with PITTA ( warm blooded ) are more prone to get premature grey so we can't feed them more hot natured oil. I hope I am making sense... Almonds, olive, castor, mustered all are hot in nature.
You can make this in oil with cold nature like coconut.. I don't find any other . If you find, please make it in it n let me know also

Pitta (mixed skin): almond oil, coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, argan oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, calophylla oil, sandalwood oil, pumpkin seed oil. Kapha (oily skin): apricot kernel oil, grape seed oil, rapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, safflower oil, mustard oil, corn oil. Please check the suitability before using, some are not meant to be heated. Few more oils are soya oil, groundnut/peanut oil, onion seed oil.
