My experience :
Did: 1. Daily oil massage
2. Amla lep twice a week
3. Exercise ( shirsasan must) & stress free life
4. Healthy diet & fruit & morning with lemon honey lukewarm water
After 5- 6 month my hair started to turn black again. While plucked white hairs, blood clearly see blood with hair, means much stronger hair.
Unfortunately i could not continue this due to make my carrier. Now I have money but no free time. I would suggest this to do if you can. Obviously be patient, it will take time to see results. But definitely u can see.
