Ingredients :
2 eggs
100 gr. sugar
8 gr. vanilla sugar
120ml. sunflower oil
120 gr. natural yogurt
200 gr. Flour
12 gr. baking powder
lemon zest 🍋
cream:
400ml. milk
8 gr. vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons corn starch
60 gr. White chocolate
30ml. lemon juice 🍋
150 gr. strawberry 🍓

Boh, a me sembra un errore mettere così tanto zucchero in una crema dove viene sciolto del cioccolato bianco che è già dolcissimo ed aggiungere pure del limone, vedrei molto meglio fare la crema con senza queste due ultime aggiunte e ci condirei, invece, le fragole da aggiungere sopra come viene fatto qui, le quali rilasceranno il loro sughetto che darà anche maggior sapore ed un tono di aspro all'intera torta, stemperando ed equilibrando così il gusto stucchevole del cioccolato bianco, ma magari mi sbaglio. Io la farei così 🤷🏻‍♀️
