iFlight Titan HD3 H3 3" 4S FPV Drone - Test video - Turning Issue after BlueJay Install?

IFlight Titan HD3 H3 - 3" FPV DRONE.
Had crash into tree branches and broke my last set of the stock T3x3x3 props last week and now this...
This is onboard drone footage, and you can hear the motor(s) making a weird noise when it happens..
I Installed BlueJay ESC FW 24KHz and got new HQ 3.1x3x4-Blade Props.
Now I'm having this weird jerky motion when doing yaw turns and other things. This is the first real flight since the new BlueJay FW and the 3.1" Props, plus being 4-blade vs 3-blade..
Any ideas? Is there something i need to change in the ESC settings? Or is the 3.1" props too much of a change?
The motors are the stock X-ING 1404 4600Kv Motors and theyve been great so far, never hot. It flies fine when its not doing those weird tiny movements. Using 4s 850mah Tattu lipo packs.

One good example is around the @1:10 mark when i make the turn back around, but it happens right away, quite a bit..

Turned out to be the frame just starting to delaminate on the motor arm/bottom plate.
It lost its strength and can be twisted by hand now..
Looking for the same or similar frame to keep it light. Will post more videos updates!
