pro tip: watch series on kaldroStream. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies lately.
@Matias Carmelo Yea, I've been using KaldroStream for months myself :)
The Booger character demonstrated how great Curtis Armstrong is as an actor.
Agreed
One of American cinema's most beloved characters
I have never seen a Curtis Armstrong interview until this clip. I am really impressed with this guy as a person and an actor.
I can imagine him speaking as Dan.
Same!
Yeah, he definitely wasn’t a nerd, but he fit in perfectly. The movie wouldn’t have been the same without him.
One observation about the Booger character was that even though he's an outsider to the Nerds, he wasn't an outcast by them.
The Nerds accepted Booger for who he was without question.
any of you who have felt picked on put down stepped on left out WHETHER U THINK UR A NERD OR NOT why dont you just come down here and jhoin us ok come on just join us cause ahhh noones really gonna be free until nerd persecution ends
I love this guy! And it is great that he has gone on to a great career playing not only slob characters, but dramatic roles too.
This guy right here is a National Treasure!
Always loved Curtis Armstrong as an actor. Moonlighting, Revenge Of The Nerds, Better Off Dead, Risky Business, ect. He's always been one of my favorites.
Steve's friend from Family Guy too. Snot Lonstein.
And Dan. And Robot.
@@lydiajulianprower8356 You can't mistake his voice.
@@darrenhirst9900, yeah distinctive voice and iconic presence. His line from Risky Business is really what what sets the film in motion. A powderkeg of declaration to push Tom Cruise's character out of his comfort zone and take a chance. ''Sometimes you gotta say what the f*ck''.
(It's part of a longer speech for those new to it, look it up or better watch the whole film.)
@@MagicCarpetRideShareProject Thank you I will do.
I loved it how Booger didn't give 2 sh#ts about anybodys feelings😂😂😂😂😂he was awesome and hilarious
This guy was hilarious!! I love him so much. This guy & the rest of cast are awesome actor's.They made my teenage years AWESOME
Loved his acting in Better Off Dead as Charles De Mar. Quotes from Charles, "I've been going to this high school for seven and a half years. I'm no dummy. I know high school girls.", "This is pure snow! It's everywhere! Do you have any idea what the street value of this mountain is?", "He snorts nasal spray? Know where I can score some?", and my favorite, "Ah, come on! It's Christmas Eve! I could be home right now, drinking this *monster* eggnog my brother makes with lighter fluid."
Dudley Dawson! When he keeps crying and laughing in Better Off Dead it gets me every time! 80’s legend!
Man I always thought Curtis was going to be a super star in the movies. He's one of my favorites of all time, even on moonlighting.
Him acting as Dan is a true Masterpiece!
One of the best one liners "We've got bush" 😆😆😆
He was also so amazing in Better Off Dead
I'd forgotten he was in that, he was hilarious. "This mountain is pure snow!!!" Still one of my favorite moments in a movie
Yes your right that’s a funny role he did in that movie 🤙🏽
Charles DeMar
Go that way really fast, if something gets in your way, turn!
Booger was one of my all time favorite characters on any movie.
We nicknamed a guy 'Booger' who was apart of our homies around the block back in the 80's. We don't call him that anymore though. lol Curtis Armstrong did a great job playing the character. Very professional and very believable.
Booger the legend!
He went from Booger to Snot...lolol
i think seth macfarlane did that intentionally 😆 good joke!
“Don’t shush me! You don’t shush me! NOBODY SHUSHES ME!”
He will always be booger.he is an acting genious.i love this guy since I 1st seen him in the 80s !!👍👍👍
In the original ROTN, every scene booger was in was classic
That's the true challenge as an actor isn't it? Being able to play a part you hate well.
This charicter will forever deform our faces laughing LLLMMMFFFAAAOOO
Booger was my favorite.
Loved his character in better off dead.. Lane I've been in this school for 7 and half years I'm no dummy haha
i love him every time i see him on movies or tv shows i look and say hey its booger
Be happy with Booger Curtis! He’s the most memorable character from that wonderful movie! Booger and Ogre I think are the most memorable characters in that movie.
Summer, 1984, first time I ever heard the term "hair pie" LMAO!
Its Dan!
New to your channel. Freakin loved "Booger" No one could have played the role any better. Hail to the nerds....
Nerds in paradise is one of my favorite movies. Great interview.
I like how he emphasize Booger.. you got a great role Curtis an u made Booger super duper.
He made his voice sound like Gilbert gottfried in jingle all the way
I feel like Curtis was playing tons of other characters in other 80s classic movies where his character just happened to be in another side of town whenever the cameras were rolling. However he could've easily popped into frame at any moment and joined in on the craziness : )
I could've sworn he was in at least another one of those Savage Steve Holland 80s comedies. Surely he could've popped into Ferris Buehler's Day Off at some point too for example : )
He was also great in Risky Business.
Yeah Booger was more of a rebel or outcast than he was a Nerd
He was tougher and more laidback and would talk shit and still stand his ground
The scene where Booger met Snotty made me laugh so hard I started crying.
"we have bush"
Hey it's Dan!!
I'm here from Dan. Vs
That's exactly right. He tagged along, he wasn't a nerd himself.
One of the best characters all time
❤ Booger was my hero.!! He definitely was not a nerd !
I imagine him playing Booger, let him to get the Moonlighting gig with Bruce Willis.
00:11
That's what I was thinking till this day... He wasn't a genius and was playing the guitar at "that" concert didn't match with the nerds but somehow it all fit perfectly.
I absolutely loved Booger & Lamar 💜
Thank you Mr. Armstrong for your portrayal of Booger....best dang character i grew up with
God bless you for playing that part.
Still looks and sounds like Dudley Dawson. Well done sir, "Booger" is an icon.
Everything happens for a reason and the outcasts in the movie was the most memorable ones. Ogre, Booger, and Lamar
Oddly enough, I first heard of him, in the cartoon, "Robot and Monster", where he plays Robot.
Elizabeth Alvarado I heard him in Dan Vs
Legend. Amazing role
No one else could've played Booger, he was also brilliant on Moonlighting.
I had a "Booger friend" in college...and I was/am a proud NERD! 😆
I need this man to be cast in an Oscar award winning role. NOW
love this guy..booger seemed like a metalhead to me.. an outsider not a nerd
I liked him in Ray, singing The Mess Around.
Ahmet Ertegun was a musical genius and Curtis Armstrong was brilliant as him in Ray 🏆
Well it worked for u because he was one important that movie I were needed.💯💯
Booger was the 80's version of Steve Stiffler. 😂😂😂
WTF .... Words to live by . Thanks Miles 👍😎
Because Curtis Armstrong Is Awesome ❤😊
Say it ! Say it ! “We’ve got bush” !!! Lol
It is so weird to think that the character was repulsive to the actor...he played it so well
He will always be Booger in my ♥️
All I hear is Dan
He was awesome !!!!
This man is insanely talented
One of the most iconic not famous voice
“I don’t care who the IRS sends, IM NOT PAYING TAXES!”
Legend.
Curtis armstrong is the goat
Curtis ( Booger ) Armstrong RULES !!! 👍
Great character
He is awesome
God bless Curtis Armstrong; no one else could've made a character like Booger so lovable.
Legend has it he still combs the local high schools for chicks.
Poor poor Booger. I mean Curtis, CURTIS!!
In American Dad he voices Snot. I think i was the only one that recognized the voice and the reference amongst my friends.
He was pretty stinking funny in 'Better Off Dead' too..!
he's skiing on 1 ski!!!!!!
@@brotheldan2009 🤣🤣🤣
He played Metatron on Supernatural
He's the best thing in Better Off Dead and Risky Business. Yet, his obituary will include the word booger.
The scary part was that I had a high school friend who could be a twin of booger.
Booger is an icon
Completely agree. Booger is way too cool to be a nerd.
Booger changed his life. You can see parts of booger come out.
Booger is a legend
Booger and Charles de Mar the best!!!
Best character in the flick- well.... maybe tied with Ogre....
😂 hey! This is pure snow
Snotty and Booger are my role models
Sometimes you just gotta say, "What the f---". Every now and then, saying "What the f---" brings freedom. Freedom brings opportunity. Opportunity makes your future.
I don't kn ow which character is cooler? Bluto from Animal House or Booger from ROTN?
I thought of him when I heard the voice of Lester Crest from GTA V
He's correct... he is just there lol.
That Guy Voiced Robot Default.
That's so incredible he danced with MU'S girls
We've got BUSH! Hair Pie!!!
