How to make: A Bike Fishing Rod Holder

I wanted to set up my bike with a couple of rod holders to fish the Cape Cod Canal. To start, I attached a rear bike carrier to my bike frame. Then came up with a few ideas then refined them to this video.

What brand/model is that rack?

It didn't say what brand. The only thing it said was bike alloy pannier rack rear mountain bike carrier holder. They're all very similar. I bought the type 2.
