It's funny because I have been doing weird pelvis rotations for a couple a months now because every so often I can feel some pain. Lately, I can elicit pain on command now but it still left me unsure what the problem was. All's I knew is that if I jammed my thumb just on the inside of my thigh, just past the quad, I could also feel a pain but finally realized it wasn't the hip flexors because when I flex my flexors and palpate them, I couldn't feel anything but now I figured out it was under the flexors. So as soon as I saw the position of the patient on the picture, I was like, yup 100%. And sure enough, those movements are consistent with my pain, now I wonder if it will heal on it's own. I aggravated it several times with side kicks and side splits but it's never side lined me so I think there is still a chance. It's been 6 months since my injury.

I know it’s been two years since this video was uploaded, but how would I go about getting tested? Do I go to a physician or regular doctor? Should I go to a special clinic? Would I get an official diagnosis (and would it affect my life in any new way, or just give me peace of mind of sorts)?
