    Hello,
In this video, Dr Deepak Dhankhar will discuss Which pulses can be eaten by kidney patients and which cannot. Kidney patients' diets are restricted. For example, if the patient's creatinine level is seven or above 7, and the total protein is good, then the patient is advised to take a protein-restricted diet.
    Pulses to include in diet:
Patients should eat easily digestible, absorbable, and excretable pulses.
Patients should eat moong dal, masoor dal, and moth dal.
Patients should have masoor dal after the leaching process as it is rich in potassium.
Masoor dal maintains a diabetic level.
    Pulses to avoid :
Patients should avoid pulses that are not easily digestible.
Patients should avoid pulses that lead to gas and constipation.
Patients should avoid urad dal as it increases the level of uric acid.
    Patients should avoid chana dal.
Patients should not have dal in the form of sprouts.
    Patients should consume less salt.
Consult a doctor for a diet chart because it varies from person to person.
