Idol worship in any form or arrangements to do so is strictly prohibited in this sacred land where our prophet (peace be upon him) visited this place and also delivered sermons.
Instead this sacred place must convey the teachings of Islam and make sincere efforts to protect Mosques being demolished daily in India and construct temples over it.
Not protecting Islam and encouraging idol worship in this sacred land of UAE would bring devastations, sufferings and natural calamity of high magnitude that will bring heavy irreparable losses to this sacred land.
It is high time that we must oppose idol worship in this land to earn rewards and paradise from Allah.

One question about the concept of nation state that you discussed that the nation belong to the people who has been there for centuries. In that context how do you explain the nation state of US and Canada. In these countries, the indigenous people are not in control and immigrants became leaders and control them. Can you please comment.

Very well explained. Rulers/ Governments have their own rules to govern which may be different from their religious laws. It is their primary duty to be bound by religious laws, if they choose not to, and their masses don't hold them responsible as well. Then one can't do anything. Muslim history like other national histories are replete with such blundering exceptions. This being one of them!

استادِ محترم جاوید احمد غامدی صاحب اللہ تعالیٰ کے صالح بندے ہیں۔ وہ دین اور قرآن پاک کو نہایت عمدہ انداز میں سمجھاتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے دین کا صحیح فہم حاصل کرنے کے لئے یقیناً بہت محنت کی ہے اور قربانیاں دی ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ انکی اس کوشش کو قبول فرمائے! انکو صالحین میں شامل فرما کر دنیا و آخرت کی کامیابیاں عطا فرمائے! اور اللہ تعالیٰ تمام انسانوں کو اسلام کا صحیح فہم حاصل کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرما کر عمل کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے!
غامدی صاحب: رائے ظن باطل ھوتی ھے، حکم تعالٰی: (وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ فَاُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ) - (وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ فَاُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ) - (وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ فَاُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ) رسول کریم کا الحق قول: (وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فٖيهِ مِنْ شَیْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ذٰلِكُمُ اللّٰهُ رَبّٖى عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَاِلَيْهِ اُنٖيبُ. 42/10) اگر آپ اللہ اور رسول دونوں پر عملی ایمان رکھتے ییں، تو اپنی رائے کی بجائے حکم تعالٰی نافذ کریں۔
To oppose Sayyid Maudoodi’s elegant tafsir, Ghamidi Sahib invented the nation state for Muslims. It is a secular parallel yo Maudoodi’s sahib’s aqamat e deen. Now he appears to be tying himself in a knot. He should understand the nation state was a European political compulsion.

my one question - why Allah is not helping Gaza ? when it will help ? when 1.2 bn are asking for help to Allah, why he and his last prophet not helping them ? if it is test of muslims there, muslims should be grateful to jews and israel for helping Allah to conduct the test of gaza muslims.
بحیثیت قومی ریاست اس قوم کا حق ہے کے وہ کسی بات کی اجازت دیں یا نہ دیں مگر یہ حق بھی اس قوم سے زیادہ اسکے زیر تسلط علاقہ سے مشروط یا منحصر ہوتا ہے پس اس ریاست کی مرضی سے وہاں کسی بھی مذہب کی عبادت گاہ بنائی جا سکتی ہے
میرے نزدیک ایک مخصوص علاقہ پر خدائی ریاست کا نظریہ غیر حقیقی ہے کیونکہ تمام دنیا خدائی ریاست ہے۔البتہ تاریخی طور پر ثابت شد ہ کسی مذھب کےمقدس مقامات کی زمین پر کسی غیر مذھب کی عبادت گاہ بنانے کی اجازت نہیں ہونی چاہئے
لہذا حرم شریف کی حدود میں غیر مسلم یعنی اپنے آپ کو غیر مسلم تسلیم کرنے والوں کو عبادت گاہ کی اجازت نہ ہو گی

The state is a well defined entity having Land, Population, Government and Souvreignity.Nation State is European concept where countries were formed on the basis of NATION having common Language, history, ethnicity ete.But after second world war State were defined by more liberal ideas even DEMOCRACY became the basis at least in European countries.
