    So, in essence, hard work is not hard work at all, it's simply a flow state in which you do your work without realising it too much and pushing on. Its an interesting perspective.

      I think you explained it much better & faster than the speaker in this video. It was somewhat painful listening to him make his point. 😏

    In order to grow we need to push ourselves past our comfort zones. Sometimes, this is what is called “hard” work. I had to make three presentations, lead a meeting all in a second language (Japanese) yesterday, in addition to a complicated software release. At first, I was a little panicky, but then collected my thoughts and said to myself “you got this”, my subconscious kicked in with a couple of good ideas, then I hit the zone and was able to prepare the materials for the presentations. In the end everything went pretty smooth and I can honestly say grew a little.

      Well, it's hard work to learn to do it. If you get really good at it, you may flow and it may become effortless. Just like any other art or skill.

    Dr. Dispenza's perspective on integrating intention and presence in our work is a transformative approach to achieving success and happiness. The emphasis on changing one's energy to influence reality is a powerful reminder of the deep connection between mind and matter. 🌀

    I like that, thank you! My understanding of that is whatever you do and that could be anything, you become immersed in it, loose space and time and become what you really are, pure consciousness. Your intention is achieving consciousness and the plus is doing all mundane things that can be hard, challenging, boring, etc. all the while getting to a wonderful place.

    • @kcopara1
      @kcopara1 Před 18 dny +3

      You don't achieve consciousness. You are already consciousness 😊.

    I wonder how many viewers seeing this clip, Has this ever worked for anyone? I have debated this issue internally for years. (IMHO) Nothing happens until you act...Action.. Now i think you must be very clear on the "Why" and be very focused. But nothing has changed for me until i took decisive action. What about you? You create on the "margins" just get a small % better every day and you will be in a much different place in a year. Blessing to you always!

    • @tamrahrane3349
      @tamrahrane3349 Před 11 dny +3

      Action can be making a decision. We relate action to digging our hands into something and going hard at it and not giving up.
      Action could be… I am deciding I am whole and I will experience life from that position not feeling less than.
      That’s a huge action… but you don’t have to do 70 hrs of work to say that…..

    • @MrJupton1
      @MrJupton1 Před 11 dny

      @@tamrahrane3349 So true! Taking Action means something different for everyone. Important to have a compelling "Why". Hey if i want to immerse myself in that "Why" then 70 or 80 or 100 hrs a week will do what it takes to make it happen...Whatever "It" is. Yes deciding to be whole is great... But Deciding and Not Doing/Experiencing (IMHO) is like deciding to have that delicious dessert but never eating/enjoying. Missing the Joy. You cant manifest that! Action has energy in it Again, just my op
