Question (summarized): how can we recognize where we are, in terms of frequency or energy levels, when we meditate? Recorded at the Sardinia Week Long Advanced Retreat, April 2018
I woke up from a dream this morning at 3:30 am where Dr Joe came into my dream. I saw the symbol of the fleur de lis and that reminded me when I woke up to do something. I didn’t know what to do but I woke up from it and decided to meditate right away. I did The Generous Present Moment followed by two GOLOV meditations for others. I was wearing my HeartMath Sensor and my heart coherency was up in the 11’s at one point. My entire day was so amazing and I was able to stay alert all day with such a zest for life. It was all due to waking from my dream of Dr Joe this morning and just taking action immediately upon waking. I used to have a hard time waking up to meditate but listening to the teaching prior to the meditation while brushing my teeth and doing a few morning things prior to meditating was extremely helpful. I was settled in and ready to go for the meditation by the time the lecture was complete. By following the meditation with Dr Joe’s GOLOV meditation, I focused on two different people and followed Dr Joe’s lead on that meditation for each of them. That was how I started my day and it wasn’t even 5:30 am yet. I felt so rejuvenated, full of love, full of purpose and on top of the world all day. I can hardly wait to wake up tomorrow even earlier to do it again. How ironic that this video was posted within 24 hours of this experience I had. Amazing. 🥰 ✨
That is so strange cause Dr Joe appeared in my dream last night too. I was in a room and he was in it was very vivid. I said I didn’t know if i was doing the meditations right and he said he has a new teaching coming out soon, something related to copper, and that will help me meditate deeper and achieve the outcome. I wonder why it happened on the same night!
I had just finished reading the book breaking the habit of being yourself and I had started practicing the meditations that came along with that book. One night in my dream I was conversing with Dr. Joe dispenza backstage after an event I noticed a huge surgical incision over my right breast and I saw a tumor come out and get encased in Amber and it went off to the right in the air above me and it dissipated. Dr. Joe Dispenza said come here let me stitch that up and that was the end of the dream. Fast-forward to 2022 Had mammogram and they told me that there was no tumor there. But in 2012 I had a tumor in my breast that was non-cancerous. Come to find out my breast tissue is just glandular tissue and not a tumor now. Amazing 🤩
All Right ! I can control my dreams. I have had a blast,,I love to fly, breath under water, & you can do it too, just start writing them down every morning. Practice controling what your dreaming,, you know its a dream while dreaming,, just go for it. so i'm going to start doing what Joe says ! Thank you Joe !
This is SO good! What a great reminder to "push past" any idealized limitations and move into potential with curiosity. Lucid dreaming is really amazing and when in meditation we can create a similar experience when "waking up" to our visions and desires. What a great reminder. Thank you, Dr. Joe!

Today I was in meditation for an hour and a half. The brain heart guided meditation was only 21 min. I chose to stop it. Should I of kept going for as long as I could’ve? Would the manifestation eventually have happened if I would’ve kept going? Just curious.
I just discovered this guy. And what I like about him is so far he seems to not be contradicting and egotistical like many other new age leaders. HOWEVER, I'm turned off by his saying we can heal ourselves better than a flu shot. Anti vaccine mentality is dangerous! We need to have respect for medical care and science. My grandfather had polio. I thank God for vaccines like the polio vaccine. Covid....and all other diseases....
