  • In this hilarious scene from "A Million Ways to Die in the West," Albert, brilliantly portrayed by Seth MacFarlane (known for his work on Family Guy and Ted), engages in a conversation with Edward, played by the talented Giovanni Ribisi (renowned for his roles in Avatar and Friends), and Ruth, brought to life by the comedic genius Sarah Silverman (famous for her performance in There's Something About Mary). Albert takes the opportunity to enlighten his friends, Edward and Ruth, about the countless ways one can meet their demise in the treacherous wild West.

When I was a kid, a friend of my dads passed out on his horse, while riding home along a highway at night. (Summer, so late, but not really dark outside yet)
He was only a mile ish away from home, but several people had called into the police by that point in his journey home.
So a police car follows along behind the horse, red and blues on, no siren. And they follow the horse for that last mile or so.
Horse successfully crossed the highway, and into its home driveway, walked to the front of the barn, and stopped.
Upon waking the rider up, he fell out of the saddle, the cops start laying into him about how stupid and dangerous this was etc etc.
And his response was to point at his horse, and say "he knows how to get home"
