My cramps during my cycle hurt so bad. I tried pain pills and even the ones that were prescribed to me by my Doctor did not alleviate the pain. I read somewhere online that drinking tons of water while you are on your cycle will help out a lot. I finally decided to try it a couple of days ago when I started my period and I have not experienced a single bad cramp. So it was not a just a coincidence, the water is what got rid of your pain.
Not tmi at all. 49.6% of the world has one at some point, I feel like it's something we are make to feel bad for talking about when it's as natural as going to the toilet. I'm glad you spoke about yours xx

I am glad you did this try. I bought a jug to do this with and I lasted 2 days. Lol I might do the math on half a gallon and try again with a smaller bottle that I just have to fill up once.

I really struggle with drinking water because I just plain forget. I think I am going to add in those time stamps to my water bottle.
