Remove the entire white piece for good water pressure. The black ring gives you a little bit more, and removal of the white plastic insert gives you the rest.

@wowzers1069, How do you get the white piece out please?

@@ObakuZenCenter Just bend it back at the the rim of the white plastic. It will break into pieces then you can get it out. I have also done it by drilling something thru it and then just yanking it back. It comes out easy, just takes a few minutes either way.

@@ObakuZenCenter - You can drill through it with the right size bit. It then is easier to remove. Huge difference in flow.

@@rongurney48this worked. I drilled a small hole through and then yanked it out with pick.

if this gives you too much take the entire restriction assembly out and drill a small hole in the middle of the plastic piece and keep the black gasket in for me that was the perfect middle

Would have been a MUCH BETTER video without the distracting Music.
I can't imagine listening to a science lecture in college while Music was playing.

Did not notice any more pressure or flow after removing the black O ring.

Removing that little black O ring does very little to improve flow.

Take out the white piece too. They didn't cover that but from what I've read, that's the key piece.
