I think him saying take it from here is his way of acknowledging him as one who has been through enough despair to be classified as an adult, as he did. And I feel yall about don’t tell him that, he didn’t want to at first cuz it would curse him (I imagine like how rika and yuta promised to get married and then she died and manifested into a curse that followed yuta forever, like as if certain vows or “pacts” or promises or responsibilities carry that much more power in a world of jujutsu. But I feel like he did it because his homie Haibara was his polar opposite and haibara seemed to shine so brightly in a way that nanami just didn’t have the heart for. So I feel like his saying those words and haibara pointing at him, was like haibara saying no, you have to say something that will allow him to keep going. And then nanami like no I can’t, and haibara like nigga you gon tell that nigga something positive , and then nanami folded and said take it from
