I actually like mahito. we just have so many sympathetic villains nowadays that having a real pos villain once again like mahito feels like a breath of fresh air. his va is also screaming his lungs off whenever he shouts and I respect that.

Yeah a true villain is someone evil and petty to the core, and truly iredeemable. Mahito is that villain. He's so goated as one.

That's because physical shocks don't work for Mahito, except for Itadori, who has Skuna.
Doesnt have to do anything with Sukuna.
Itadori unconsciously can percieve his soul, which makes him able to contain Sukuna inside of himself IN THE FIRST Place. Otherwise Yuji wouldnt be able to have 2 souls in his body, he knew the outline of his soul before consuming Sukuna's finger
@@real_rutmenI know itâs been months, but Sukuna definitely helps in that Mahito canât touch Yujiâs soul without Sukuna interfering as well, so it makes Yuji practically invincible against Mahito

Special grade curses like Mahito, will eat those gun shots like cereal lol. level 1 low grade curses or level 2 can die by that. Mahito is built different. Guns are useless.
This episode might be my favorite of the season. They did some shots almost 1:1 w the manga. Todo showed up and said exactly what yuji needed to hear to be able to keep going. He def wouldve died if todo didnt show up. He was ready to just let it all end. Its always sooo fun to see the fights w todo. When we first saw him use boogie woogie in season 1 i was actually cheering durinf the fight and id never done that before for a show!

The reason why Yuji went through hits differently is bcus of what JJK is at its core. That is "Anyone and Everyone can and or will Get F'd Up and there are no reset buttons. Why? Bcus Plot Armour isn't how we roll"
JJK has made it clear in season one by itself that anyone can die and it can be gruesome. They don't have Dragon Balls, Sensu Beans, Talk No Jutsu, Reanimation Jutsu or Plot Armour. It's straight up real like Berserk (90's anime specifically and or Managa) but NOT as Raw
Jjk definitely has alot of plot armor.

More deaths wouldâve happened if they had gone to shibuyayou have to realize just how STRONG and evil these curses are they are NOT human and to defeat them you unlock a sense of darkness in you (that Gojo displays) of to the point where these evil curses will fear the power of you. Mechamaru (Muta) devised a perfect plan and intel for his friends and made the ultimate sacrifice for them RIP my boy

Itâs refreshing seeing villains who stands solely being pure evil to be honest. Not all villains need to have a relatable back story on why they become bad. Mahito is the pure embodiment of what a curse human is. And his voice actor did an exceptional job, my guy was putting in one hell of a performance. I get that people hate him for what he has done. But try to appreciate that aspect of his character :)

Guns don't do anything to Mahito, that'll just tickle him. No physical objects will do anything. Only soul touching techniques/weapons which is already rare for sorcerers to have.
So far we only know, Yuji, Sukuna, and soul cutting katana to be able to affect souls (im not mentioning Mahito cuz its obvious)
Also simple domain weapons that Kokichi used damaged Mahito's soul too
