So I've watched a couple of these now, and basically I see you do the same things: Head for the Rhodoks, raid their back two villages, sell goods in Swadia to buy mercenaries while waiting to see what city gets taken first. The recently taken city will have a small garrison and typically surrenders. I doubt you set out to make a taking Rivacheg video it just so happened to be the city that was taken when you were ready to go grab one.
I one time had an army of 80 men take on an army 394, we were raiding a village and sure enough 2 armies coming flying towards us, sure enough came out on top with 60 strong men still ready for a fight, you would think my right to rule would sky rocket but there I was sitting at 10
5 minutes later , every lord is your enemy , everyone have alliance (i had that once for a while tbh) and everyone are againsta you , and they are near your castle with 700-1000 army each

In less than a month this dude goes from being jumped in a back alley to capturing a city with a bunch of nobodies he found along the way!
