You would need to pass the Aufnahmeprufung and attend Studienkolleg or do a year of college study (related degree) in some recognised Indian institution.

I don’t understand work life balance promises. See if you want to stand out and get up the corporate ladder, you need to work hard and probably overtime to ensure processes are happening as expected if you are at managerial level and even if you want to be a manager. I see this here in india that people are really putting efforts by working overtime, so does this happen in Germany? Its sounds really but there is no practicality because the more senior position you are in, more efforts you would have to put by working overtime. Correct me if i am wrong, thanks!!!!

Hi Rishabh, with all due respect, I completely disagree with your statement that we need to work longer hours to reach higher in career ladder. One must be able to assign relevant tasks to the appropriate staff working in your team....Moreover, one must learn to say NO when working under Indian boss...Only machines can work 24*7 not humans... It is not necessary for you to do everything and spend days and nights to do the job yourself. Its definitely not the German culture based on my experience with German Manager. Even a business tycoon dont work for days and nights...they know how to get the job done.....

I've had 3 different relatives to go Germany, in different eras, and all of them told me 1 thing: work life balance is really good. Yes you have to work hard but you have to be efficient and be skillfull. India's work life is messed up for more reasons than one. But it is not the case in Germany. You're actually paid to work overtime and usually you're not asked to work like a machine. Don't let India's work life ruin your perspective about how corporate life works across different parts of the world

BE, BTech, MTech oh man such surfeited qualifications, even second Indian has these. Sounds so sickening, the moment a guy starts speaking you can confidently say that he would be an engineer.
