New Yorker here….Buyer beware (LOL!) What Ryan’s camera crew conveniently didn’t shoot was the off ramp from the Holland Tunnel (from New Jersey) which goes RIGHT past this place, not to mention round the clock cars, horns, vehicle fumes. Things are not always what they seem….However, I’d live there in a SECOND! F the horns and fumes!
Double pane windows and a central air purificator and you are good to go! 😅

My aunt and uncle lived on 57 Beach Street in TriBeCa for more than 50 years from 1951 . Paid $90 a month. Very few people lived down there. I hated it . I lived in the Village.

Not bad, however there are many neighbors windows overlooking your outdoor space. The width of twenty five feet and private parking can negate some of the voyeurism that is certain to occur.

The penthouse looks grunge. The other levels looks like a home for an adult. Location is a no. I don’t want to see or hear all that traffic.
Not a fan of the interior structural design of this building. Anyone who buys must either rent it out piece by piece, or gut renovate.
