My interview is in a few and I've been stressing about Interview Questions for a month. This calmed me and I hope it works. Thank you!

@@completecampcounselor I think it went alright- I froze up on the 'tell me a joke' part. I'm absolutely terrible at jokes...

Yay!! 🎉🍾
i'm going to hopefully be a cit this coming year!!
thank you for posting this video!!!!
Ahh mee too!
My interview is tomorrow, I'm from Colombia and my English is bad. I'm scared 😨
Honestly - and I mean this in the nicest way - if you were able to understand this video without subtitles then your English is probably well enough. Camp directors understand that one of the main reasons you're doing this program is to work on your English skills, and so as long as you can communicate well enough to keep everyone safe and learning to start the summer, you'll be fine and the rest will come.
Let me know how it went!
I’m also from Colombia and just applied for the 2023 summer camp counselor program. Hopefully it was a good decision since I’m a little bit shy and want to leave that behind plus have a really good summer!! Your video was very helpful and I’ll definitely take into account all of the tips you just gave us:)
How did it go?
Yo también soy de colombia y estoy esperando que me contacten de un campamento, como te fue?
I'm from the UK and just passed my agency for camp america, is there anything different I need to be prepared form and do you roughly how many of the counsellors will be from other countries?
hey i'm about to interview for camp canada, can i ask if there was anything different that they asked you?
do i have to pay program fee if there are any fees ?
Yes there are fees to be paid
Ahh my interview for CIT is in 20 minutes and I’m so scared, Hopefully I can get the job!
How did it go
@@hopeeiley6006 Secured a spot in counsellor training!!! 🎉
@@avertoe8317YEYSYSYSSYYSYSEYYSSSS CONGRATULATIONS!!!🥳🥳
I applied to the CA program with my friend. I will have an interview with a camp next week. Should I say at the end of the interview that I want to go with my friend or should I wait for a job offer?
I would make sure the job is one that you're OK doing without your friend, first. Camp directors can sometimes he hesitant about "package deal" friends/couples because they wonder if one doesn't work out will I lose both staff members?
Just casually make it known that this is your preference, but be OK with it if it doesn't end up happening. Your director will thank you for addressing the elephant in the room and being mature about it.
I have a interview tomorrow😅😢
How did you do? I have mine on Tuesday
my interview is in 20 minutes wish me luck
How did it go?
Do you have any questions for me, means you don’t get the job lol
Went through a 40ish phone screening interview a few days ago with HR. I now have to do a full 45 minute to an hour interview online... I was panicking during the phone call so I'm nervous about being on camera during the interview 🥲
