Adding a Magnaflow cat to my SR20 240sx

Hey guys, in this video I wanted to show the differences in sound and smell after adding a catalytic converter onto the exhaust of my 240sx. The cat is from Enjuku Racing and it is their ER Spec cat made by magnaflow. Overall I'm happy with the install/sound and I definitely appreciate the reduction of fumes in the cabin. Also, I didn't mention it in the video, but this should also help with the yellowing of the rear bumper above the exhaust. If you've got any questions just ask them below! Thanks for watching! - Sal

Thanks for posting Sal. So jealous. Your in shorts and we have a windchill of-41 this morning. Seems wierd that the cat would stop the exhaust fumes from entering the vehicle. Logically you had it straight piped from the manifold. Interesting. Eitherway. Thanks for the ride along. Nothing beats a stick shift on a warm day.

Oof! -41 is painfully cold! You're correct that the exhaust was essentially straight piped so the fumes exited behind the car, but the problem was sitting in traffic or idling. The smell would just slowly envelop the car haha. Thanks for watching Daryl, and I always appreciate the comments!
