IF Truly say No, but actually answer depends on ur posting in BOI and SBI. Posting plays an important role in deciding ur mindset.. so answer differs for everyone.. BTW I have SBI too ..

I got selected for sbi cbo.i am presently working in BOI scale 2 , is it wise to join at this juncture as only Max 2 increments will be given this year.how is work culture compared to BOI.
I think u should not.. I had also resigned from BOI from scale 2. Bt I regret the decision as in sbi u have to take a fresh start. And work culture and load is far better in BOI as compared to SBI.
