    Great update video! Unlike other reviews that all showed the camera placement being way off. Tripods Garage actually addressed it with WeCreat and walked through the steps in his review video. Getting way better alignment. The steps were a lot different to get the calibration up. Looks like WeCreat listened and created a simple button to do an easier camera calibration.

    we've heard and seen alot of comments about support on this machine, that cant get intouch with anyone and gets placed all over about about answering questions, when the machine comes to them broken, is customer support being fix and are they replacing broken parts?

      @mtz3843: It's true, the warranty sucks. I purchased the WeCreat and from day one had issues. Although, I have been in touch with support through ongoing back-and-forth emails. Mind you, they only have one employee in the support department. Regardless, providing all of the problems from day one - WiFi keeps dropping, power cord too loose to stay connected to the unit, and autofocus at times throws projects out of alignment. As for the WiFi, you have to be on a 2.4 band and must be near your computer and router. That is actually how my setup has been done. All of my devices on 2.4 in the same location with WeCreat do not drop signal. Only WeCreat. I received a lemon and yet, I was blamed for all of the problems toward the last few correspondences.
      According to WeCreat, any issues must be proven before they make a decision for the next step. I get it, but with all the back and forth, and it was determined not to fix the issues but return for a full refund. Instead of replacement, which they make clear in their warranty, they decided for me to return the unit and still blamed me for the problems. WeCreat does not replace their products -period. I watched a live broadcast WeCreat Vision on CZcams before Easter about lasering Easter products and to my surprise, the live chat from a viewer asked why they don’t answer support emails. They replied by blaming their clients for not using the correct email address. Instead of saying, "We’re sorry your emails went unnoticed, we will look into the matter." But no, they blamed the end user for the wrong email address instead.
      Most viewers finding out about WeCreat are not from anyone paying for the laser, 99.99% are sponsored. And most sponsored reviews do not use WiFi, but USB cables. Watch closely to most of the reviews and you will see a good percent not using WiFi, that says something. Also, because it is sponsored by most content creators you will not get a true honest opinion as you would from someone who paid out of pocket.
      Frankly, it seems to be a great laser if it worked out for me. And maybe my issues are isolated or maybe not, but the support is nothing I experienced and wouldn’t want to go down that road again. It’s horrible and not worth getting blamed for a bad unit on day one. I hope the more complaints come in that will transform their customer service in respect for their clients and fix the problems they may have. And they should have a next level of support instead one employee that that can resolve any form conflicts. Otherwise, WeCreat Vision will not make it. As much as I wanted to get this fixed and not return it despite the lack of support and the blame game, I opted for XTool M1. I just ordered the M1 and knowing it is a downgrade from WeCreat's 20-watt laser to a 10-watt laser. On the other hand, I don’t mind 10watts for the reason of doing fine detail engraving. At least with XTool, I don’t have to go through horrifying support like WeCreat. And I actually contacted XTool by phone and spoke about my needs and their warranty. From that phone experience, I must say what a difference compared to WeCreat by emails. I know, it seems crazy XTool has a contact number and a real person taking the call in these times, but they did and it was pleasant. I was treated with respect no matter how many question I gave them. Yeah, read the fine print before considering any products. 😎
