Lower tiers can be sort of harder sometimes, as the players are less predictable. You're thinking, "Well, I'm safe from that side - it would be stupid for anyone to go that way," and then you get rushed by two fools with no idea of what's right ;)
Sure, you can farm people with no map awareness, but you're always on edge, waiting for the next zerg rush.
Oh, and you get people with 1k battles telling everyone else to "learn to play" :D
I play this tank daily, I love it.
Skill, don't use the gun rammer and get the turbo, the extra mobility makes the tank a lot more fun to play, IMHO.
As a free-to-play player if I keep off the gold rounds this tank is fun to play and usually, I make money.
My biggest nemesis is the tier five French 105 leFH18B2, if that bugger gets a bearing on you one good shot into the open turret and you are done, still I love this tank, fun to play for sure!

That lefh is the nightmare enemy of my chaffee.
+2 matchmaking is something we are tired of complaining! Tier 9 x Tier 7 for example you get slaughtered so easily. I mean 2 shots you are gone!
I dont know if i am the only one that saw that at 2:02 in the video . U bounced the KV1 and hit the other KV1 that was in cover behind him?!

My favorite tank in the game. I'm a modeler and I love the WWII stuff, so my garage is full of tier 4-8 stuff. TD's and especially the US M10 and Hellcat series are some of my favorite model kits.

Had some good times with this TD. DPM for this TD at this tier is awesome. Highly recommend a rotation device ....that turret is ...slooow... Be patient with the lack of power going uphill...
I have this tank & really like it, though I tend to be a little too aggressive with it, so don't do so well. After watching the Master at work, I'll try sitting back a bit from now on & to a degree, let them come to me.
A great lesson on how to play this tank Skill. Looking forward to the next lesson.
I was thinking about buying M10 RBFM but then I've played few games on other tier V tanks and enemy leFHs made my decision clear
Very relevant video now as I looks like anyone not playing an Italian TD won't want to play higher than tier 6 now as to not run into the Vipera.

On your thoghts on arty in first battle. What I think is not balanced with some tier 4 to tier 6 arty is the dpm if you compare it to the average hp of mediums or heavies of same tier. The dpm is not caused by alpha damage but by a crazy rate of fire. Happily the guns below 122mm don't do much splash or stun. Also the 150mm guns shoot as fast as in tier 9 .
Btw today i had "a glimpse to future"... no 3 arty battle. Only placing 2 arty max in battle will free up arty so we will have no battle with one or no arty at all. For me today 14 random battles and EACH with 2 arty
M10, Lefh arty & Pz IV/V are NA's seal clubbers favourite tanks! They go to SA to play them and since SA at tier >5 most of the time battles are filled with bots, they take advantage of that to boost up their stats. But when +tier5, they are 45%ers!
I just wanted to say for the first time i have played with Czech tier 5 sh*tter and it is so awesome it hits everything on the move its quick and agile, i am hoping that you will feature this gem of a tank on your channel soon.

Skiiiillll, i normally never beg for playing a special tank, but i am threemarking VK 3001 (H) actually and it truly seems to be a hidden gem!
It has decent view range and simply blyatiful gun with 221 premium penetration, which means that you can be dangerous even as low tier in +2 MM 💪
Actually managed from 0% to 85,8% in just 46 Battles what is quite strong for me as an "non-unicum-average-player" 😊
Edit: I finished with 95,4% now after 67 Battles what is still an quite impressive result for me 😊
Its a great tank, all the tier 5 German tanks are great imo. There are some insane guns for alpha, dpm or pen and the armour actually works vs same tier tanks, it's all downhill the further up the tech trees you go.
I like +2 mm, u also get a lot more points shooting bigger tiers, and more satisfying to get killshots from bigger ones 😁

Played this the other day and was up against tier 6 & 7s, we won the game but someone was raging with me after the battle because I had used some gold rounds 😪
This is my favourite tank for having fun in, I got it free in an event and love it.
This tank pays pretty well. The 3 inch works way better than it seemed to on the T1 heavy
Fortunately we on the Asia server only have +1 matchmaking. M10 works well against tier 6. And it's a great credit maker.
I totally agree that lower tier Arta/SPG are so much more impactful than higher tier. Besides the lower HP/armor for everyone, they also fire very fast relatively, for the damage they are doing and it's so much easier to perma track & then kill - and it's even worse with the leFH, and it's not rare to see 1 or even 2 leFH in a team - they are total cancer for low tier matches these days.

Why did the su 8 arta turn blue at the end of the last battle
Because WG penalise arty for stunning own Team. 1. why does arty stun own team 2. If arty was not cursed with such dismal accuracy that 1 in 20 shots on target is doing well. Then they wouldn't hit own team as often. Turning blue means that your own team can inflict damage upon you. Just another way WG is pandering to the Coiners who hate that arty is one of the few ways that FTP players can at least get some good hits in on the Premium Cheat tanks. ( For making this comment my RNG will get even worse that is a observable certainty. )

The large amount of open top tanks at lower tiers does not help with the arty problem
For me this tank is one of the best tier 5 tank. I like this tank way more then T67. Mainly because better gun handling. And also you are not getting penetrated that often by arta. Lovely vehicle
Best tier V is KV1 with derp gun and HEAT. 370 DMG every 9 seconds. you two shot most of the enemies.
I have this tank. The 1st game in it, I got 6 kills. Now I am lucky if I get 1 ! Thanks Wargaming!
I think that M10 Wolverine is much much better than M10 RBFM - you can play agressive, french version (RBFM) is much slower, Wolverine with Turbo driving 50km/h constantly - so with awesome viewrange on this Tier (370m base) you can spot for yourself, do openings, withdraw faster; with RBFM you accelerate really slowly and you can get only ~40km/h on normal terrain.
That simple difference was 300-400 (damage+spot) combined more on Wolverine than RBFM, on marking session with these 2 vehicles.
When playing 5-6 Tiers, on most of them you can make profits, without playing on premium account, because the costs of repair and ammo are so cheap. On RBFM i think you can earn x2 more credits from one battle (on exact same result like on Wolverine for example).

It needs the same nerf as the 67. Its a bane to the lower tiers and a stat padding nightmare.
Arta is rebalancing me for 500 in the higher tiers on my e100 so arta is strong in every tier im afraid.

What you said about low tier arty is dead on. I hate all arty but I deal with the higher tire stuff but everything T6 and lower should be fully removed even the LeFH. Its killing the game faster than WG adding broken prem tanks. I have tried getting friends to play wot but they all quit around T5-6 bc of LeFH and M44s Its so bad for the game its not even funny. I'm an NA player and I'm slowly moving to EU because of how low the numbers are on NA and man It was nothing but pain getting passed T5-T6.
This tank and the Panzer IV/H are truly unfair at T5.
Approaching my third mark for this tank so I know how to play it, but only 51% winrate when overall I am 57%. It is quite unlucky for me with teams.
@@jesusisking8502 those underperforming teams are helping you mark the tank. You can pretty easily get 2000+ dmg in that tank on a losing team.

US M10 Wolverine is basically the same. Achilles is similar, but up-gunned tier 6.

Hah Skill... You speak about artas lol. Tier5 Lefefefe can hit you fou 2-300 every 8 sec!!! Tier6 M44 can hit you for 150-400 every 15 sec. In tier8, the artas hit around 4-500 (especially the russian one). Then in tier10, artas hit 2-4xx. At least this is our experience. Tier8 artas hit much harder then tier10. And compare the dmg numbers, and the vehicles avarage hitpoints. Yes. Lower tier artas are the worst. That is our experience
lower tiers are unplayable because arta is dealing 300dmg every 10 second

I disagree on that lower tier arta is more annoying and powerful. From tier 8 artas hit you for 400-500 damage casually and on top of that you get around 20-25 sec stun which is so broken it can completly lock you out of the game depending on your tank like in an autoloader where your reload DOUBLES while you are stunned. Recently the tier 10 french arta became my bane of existence because if the guy playing it wants to be a dick or just xwm sniping he can perma stun you the whole game with 5-10 sec intervals
