Yes, Venom probably has a Spider-sense, but this version of Venom has shown to be less athletic and more tanky like his comic book counterpart. I don't know man, this is all a W except the Goblin take... Goblin was one of the only villains to actually destroy Spider-Man, and in two different Universes. He was able to tank Tom's Peter going all out on him in two different scenarios and basically shrugged it off, and finally, his armoury has weapons that would severely damage Venom. Plus, he's got tons more intelligence and skill I'm not saying he absolutely wins, but I don't think it's a "low-mid diff", it's high diff if anything, and I'm only even saying that because he'll be able to tag Goblin while he's on his hoverboard

The Symbiote does function intracellularly so he might be able to contain/merge sandman but idk to what effect.
