Great vid, interesting that you made builds so straightforward in a world where the viego mains reddit says that the majority of high elo players are wrong for playing DS. Still think it is the best item personally but jak sho has its place against those carry matchups you were saying he struggles against. Great vid for a 3 min guide! Been watching your other stuff for a while just to compare to my other characters and this is a great guide for new viego players!
Cheers pal awesome to hear the Viego mains out there approve! Yeah it does always feel odd sometimes just recommending one build - but I imagine at some point Jaksho will get nerfed and DS will always be solid for him!

I personally go Bork into t2 boots into Jaksho, for extra bruiseriness, I find it works better than sunderer for me. Viego should also build a decent amount of life steal too because his q passive has 135% lifesteal iirc
Yeah with the current meta that sounds like a super strong build still!

Great guide as always! I definitely agree that he's somewhere between a bruiser and an assassin.
Because I had a hard time using him in an AI game with zero knowledge, since I don't use his resets well, I ended up being too squishy as a duelist and not mobile enough as an assassin.
Depends on the build ur going, if ur team needs a tank go frostfire(jaksho has a really bad interaction with viego so its not worth taking)and if u need damage u can go duskblade but never go full crit like u can build 1 crit item but thats it coz u’ll be too squishy in teamfights
Also the best thing is to be tanky so u can stay in teamfights longer
Yeah he’s pretty versatile in that he can build multiple ways but I do think this is the best, if you go full bruiser you may as well choose J4 or Vi and there’s many better if you go full tank - but I think I’m a slightly tanky resetting assassin he works super well!
If i have 1.1 k gold before first recall should i buy tier 2 boots or just build towards botrk?
That’s a really good question! If you’re looking to gank, especially if the enemy has already blown a few flashes I’d say go boots to make that part of you game even stronger, otherwise if you’re going to be mainly farming building towards botrk will make your farming and responding to ganks stronger!

@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends for S13 you want to take for runes take conq and inspiration with magical footwear and C insight- go blue pet rushing kraken into trinity force then T2 boots (mercs or plated) black cleaver- deaths dance OR GA (situational) then ending on steraks- pin this for future viego beasts please! :)

Ive gotten destroyed by nunu, udyr, graves, fiddle, and lee sin, all in a row
Its so discouraging. Its hard to do anything if your laners fall behind and vs the above champs i feel outpaced or denied hard by cc

He’s definitely a harder one to learn, he’s a high damage hyper carry but very squishy so you just have to be so aware all the time of your enemy cooldowns!
