    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups chickpea flour (besan)
    - 1 cup whole flour( maida)
    - 1/2 cup yogurt
    - 1 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
    - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
    - 2 tablespoons oil or melted ghee
    - Water, as needed
    - Chopped spinach (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and any optional spices like turmeric powder and red chili powd
    2. Mix well to combine.
    3. Slowly add water, little by little, and knead the mixture into a soft, smooth dough. The dough should be firm but pliable. You may not need to use all the water.
    4. Cover the naan with mixture.
    5. Place the naan into the preheated oil. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until it turns to golden brown.
    6. Flip the naan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
    7. Remove the naan from the oil and brush it with some melted ghee or butter if desired.
    8. Serve hot with your favorite raita
